Youth Mentorship & Leadership

 

At ELFA Cares Foundation, we know that talent and potential are not enough — children also need guidance, values, and vision to navigate life’s challenges and make meaningful choices. That’s why we created the Youth Mentorship & Leadership Program — a safe, empowering space for young people to discover who they are and what they can become.

Many of the youth we work with come from backgrounds where positive role models are scarce and encouragement is rare. Through this program, we step in to fill that gap — nurturing not just their skills, but their self-worth, mindset, and motivation.
Our mentorship program provides:

One-on-one and group mentoring from trusted coaches, professionals, and community leaders.

Workshops on personal development, career planning, emotional intelligence, and decision-making.

Leadership training to develop public speaking, teamwork, initiative, and community responsibility.

Support networks where young people feel seen, heard, and valued.

We don’t just talk to them — we walk with them. We listen, we guide, and we challenge them to rise above their and reach their full potential.
The program has already transformed the lives of hundreds of youth who now carry themselves with confidence, make better decisions, and serve as role models in their communities.
